WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!

Thanks to your support and the support of other Hoosiers around the state, the Indiana
Tobacco Prevention and Cessation (ITPC) Agency was saved from Senate Bill 298. However,
the govenor is now asking legislators to reevaluate their decision to not dissolve ITPC and
move its efforts to the Indiana State Department of Health. The battle is not over yet, and we
still need your support!
