Vision Statement
The vision of the Tobacco-Free Coalition of Delaware County is to improve the
quality of life of Delaware County residents by promoting a healthy lifestyle through
a comprehensive tobacco-free initiative.
The Tobacco Free Coalition of Delaware County (TFCDC) is comprised of concerned
professionals who volunteer their time to promote a healthy lifestyle through a tobacco free
initiative. The TFCDC is one of 92 community partnerships funded through the Indiana
Tobacco Prevention and Cessation (ITPC) for local community tobacco prevention and
cessation programs. ITPC is funded by Indiana’s portion of the Master Settlement
Agreement reached in 1998 between 46 state Attorneys General and the tobacco industry.
